Through Brighter Together, we’ll infuse applied learning and career preparation into every corner of our liberal arts curriculum. Integrating opportunities on and off campus, our holistic approach will open the door for more high-impact practices, pre-professional experiences, and career and service Immersions, providing every student an array of opportunities to put their ideas to work in the world. Upon graduation, students will leave confident that their superior know-how will lead to fulfilling futures, in life and on the job.

A survey recently conducted by the AAC&U reveals that today’s employers demand college graduates who have demonstrated the ability to apply knowledge and skills in real-world settings. Executives and hiring managers said that they were more likely to hire candidates with these experiences:
