50th Reunion & Prior Classes Welcome Reception

5 - 6:30 p.m.
Barker House, Residence of Rollins College President - 600 Osceola Avenue, Winter Park
President Grant and Peg Cornwell invite the class of 1974 and Order of the Fox members to kick off your reunion with light catering and refreshments. Parking will be available on the lawn in front of Barker House. This event is free. Registration is required.

Sports Hall of Fame Reception & Dinner

Join Director of Athletics Pennie Parker and the Rollins sports community for an evening honoring 2024 Sports Hall of Fame inductees. Information about the inductees, event cost, and separate registration can be found here.

Rethinking Fashion

6:30 - 9:30 p.m.
Rice Family Pavilion
This unique, free, fashion show will inspire the audience to become conscious consumers of fashion and beauty. Volunteer models from the Rollins community fill the runway with diversity and inclusion, celebrating different genders, body types, ages, races, and ethnicities! Stop by the Olin Library and Relive Yes-TAR-day with a nostalgia scavenger hunt! Receive a card at the Circulation & Information desk and explore your way through the library: check out the Fox Day memorabilia collection in the College Archives, revisit the pillow and tower rooms, and reminisce about your time at Rollins on the loggia. You may even find our friendliest neighbor in his bright red, hand-knit sweater hiding somewhere in the library!

Stamp your card at each station and you’re eligible to spin the wheel for a special prize! Also, check out Mister Rogers audio walking tour and explore the neighborhood at your own pace.

Make this the first official stop of your weekend to pick up your name tag, parking pass, weekend guide, and other important materials. 10-minute parking spots will be marked along Holt Avenue to assist you in quickly checking in and moving your vehicle to a more permanent location. Available accessible parking spots are located in the Alfond Sports Center parking lot.

Stop in for coffee, cold beverages, and snacks while you relax and reminisce with past yearbooks, and check out the new Mister Rogers walking tour. You never know who you might run into!

Alumni Convocation: Alumni Weekend Kick-Off

Knowles Memorial Chapel
Join President Grant and Peg Cornwell for the official Alumni Weekend kick-off ceremony. Highlights include a presidential update, honoring the 2024 Alumni Award recipients, presenting the 50th reunion class with their 50th reunion medallions, and announcing the attendance and class gift awards winners. 50th reunion class members are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to be shown to their reserved seating. Attend this event and receive a special piece of alumni swag not available anywhere else!

Annual Alumnae Volleyball Game

The tradition continues. Volleyball alums get together for this yearly volleyball game.

"Rollins After Hours" Comedy Show with Tocarra Mallard ’10, opening with Shakirra Meghjee ’11

Join comedian, writer, and actress Tocarra Mallard ’10 as she brings laughs to Bush Auditorium, in a special Alumni Weekend stand-up set. Now based in New York, Mallard was a writer for the Emmy-nominated Apple TV+ show "The Problem with Jon Stewart" and frequent guest on the hit podcast by the same name. Local Orlando alumna and comedian, Shakirra Meghjee ’11 will be opening. She began stand up comedy in 2017 and is a regular on professional showcases in Orlando and South Florida alike. This event is free. Registration is required. Please note this event is intended for mature audiences.

Order of the Fox Induction Reception & Dinner: 50th Reunion & Prior Classes

The Alfond Inn at Rollins, Conservatory & Ballroom

Join fellow alumni and your 50th reunion classmates for a cocktail reception and dinner in celebration of your induction to the Order of the Fox Society. To acknowledge your part in the Rollins story, inducted members are given an exclusive golden fox pin in the shape of the legendary statue at the heart of a favorite Rollins tradition. The Order of the Fox is reserved for alumni celebrating their 50th reunion and higher and their guests. Pre-registration is required. There is a fee of $75 to attend this event.
