Reservations Process for The Alfond Inn at Rollins
The Alfond Inn is currently fully booked for Alumni Weekend 2023. Due to expansion construction at The Alfond Inn at Rollins, there will be far fewer rooms available for Alumni Weekend 2023 than normal.
Each year, all alumni interested in booking a room are required to complete the Alumni Weekend 2023 Alfond Inn Interest Form. This is the only way to register for a room at The Alfond Inn during Alumni Weekend. Throughout the month of August, the reservations staff from The Alfond Inn called those in order of their registration to confirm a reservation. Any alumni who did not receive a room were placed on a waiting list and were informed via email at the beginning of September.
Orlando Area Accommodations
The Office of Alumni Engagement has arranged for room blocks at the following hotels during Alumni Weekend. Shuttle service from these locations to campus will be available throughout the Weekend. Hotel information and booking instructions are below. There are a limited number of rooms at each location.
