Official Transcript Requests
Transcript requests must be submitted in writing. A fax is acceptable
as long as it contains your signature and a credit card authorization.
We cannot accept e-mail orders or fax transcripts for security reasons.
Applicable fees (please see below) must be received BEFORE
transcript production can begin and may be paid by check, money, order,
or credit card. If you are a current student, the fees may be posted
to your student account.
If you choose to fax your request and pay fees using a credit card,
you must include a signed statement authorizing Rollins to charge your
credit card. We accept MasterCard or Visa ONLY; we do not
accept debit card transactions. You must include your credit
card number, the expiration date, your full name as it appears on the
card, and the V-Code number (see below), if applicable.
The V-Code (Verification Code) is a 3- or 4-digit non-embossed number
required by some companies in order to process transactions when the
credit card is not available for scanning. It usually appears
on the back of the credit card near the signature line, but may also
appear on the front of the card at the end of the embossed number.
If your credit card has such a number, please include it. Failure
to do so will delay the processing of your transcript request.

- Full, Legal Name, Printed Legibly,
and the Name Under Which You Attended, if Different
- Social Security Number and/or Student
ID Number
- Date of Birth
- Graduation Dates and/or Dates of Attendance
- Degree and Date Awarded
(If you received more than one degree from Rollins, please include
all degrees and dates awarded.)
- Your Current Address
- Day and Evening Telephone Numbers,
in Case We Need To Reach You
- The Complete Address Where the Transcript
is to be Mailed
- Type of Service Requested (please see
below)
- Your Signature, Authorizing Release
of Your Transcript
- Your Credit Card Number, Your Name
as it Appears on the Card, the Expiration Date for the Card, and Your
Signature Authorizing Us to Bill Your Credit Card for the Appropriate
Amount
It is imperative that you include your current address, as well
as home and work phone numbers in order for us to contact
you.
Fees and Services
The following fees must accompany your request. Failure
to include appropriate fees will delay the processing of your transcript
request. Checks or money orders should be made payable
to Rollins College.

All charges must be billed to a current
student account or paid in advance by cash, check or
credit card. Transcripts will not be issued for persons
on Bursar Hold or in default on any student loan. Transcripts
not picked-up within thirty (30) days of original request will be discarded.
