Degree Works

Degree Works—an advising, transfer articulation and degree audit program—has been integrated into the college's Banner system and is available to all students.

About Degree Works

In addition to providing degree requirements, Degree Works also functions as an academic planning tool. There are several benefits from using Degree Works, including GPA calculators, and a "what if" tab that allows students to select another major to see how courses already completed would fit into that degree program.

The Degree Works Planner is now available to advisors and students. To learn how to create a plan, please view the appropriate videos below, and if you have any questions, students should contact their advisor or Tiffany Griffin. Advisors can send an email to Cindy Pokrywa at with any questions.

Degree Works brings efficiency and convenience to time-consuming tasks such as obtaining signatures on paper audit forms.

Please remember that Degree Works can be accessed through the Student tab in FoxLink.

As of November 28, 2017, Degree Works is now compatible with all browsers: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Safari.

Graduation Audits Via Degree Works

Degree Works is a web-based tool to help students and advisors monitor progress toward degree completion. Degree Works looks at the degree requirements in the Rollins catalogue and the coursework completed to produce an easy-to-read audit. The audit is divided into block requirements of how courses taken or proposed courses count toward degree requirements. Checkboxes exist within each block to easily outline what courses and requirements are complete. Degree Works also allows students and their advisors to plan for future coursework.

Degree Works can be accessed through Foxlink under the Student tab for students, and under the Faculty tab for Faculty.

Make sure you use either Internet Explorer or Firefox to access Degree Works as it will not work on Google Chrome or Safari.

A student can preview other major/minor requirements using the What-If tab in Degree Works. The link to the What-If function is located on the left side of the student's audit. When using the What-If function, please be sure to select a Degree, Catalog term and College. Also, What-If audits do not guarantee that you will be accepted into the program or major. All curricular changes require approval. Contact your advisor for information and instructions.

For additional information on other majors or minors, please see the College Catalogue.
