To be a national leader in creating transformative on-campus work experiences that prepare students for meaningful lives and productive careers. Through fostering a supportive and professional mentoring environment, students will learn skills and habits that promote intellectual, personal, and professional growth.
The Office of Student Employment (OSE) serves as a central point of contact for students seeking on-campus employment as well as departments and supervisors who work with student employees. The OSE facilitates student placement and new hire paperwork, connects students to the other career-advancing offices on campus, and works closely with on-campus employers to train and evaluate their student employees in the areas of service excellence and transferable skills. Ultimately, on-campus employment opportunities will bolster students’ work experience and résumés as well as engage them in valuable learning opportunities outside of the classroom.
