Norah serves as the Coordinator of Student Employment at Rollins College. She has a unique perspective on the area of student employment at Rollins, having been a student employee at the College in her undergrad, and subsequently a staff member in both the Provost’s Office and in the Human Resources Office. Norah has been working collaboratively across campus since starting the office in February 2012, chairing the Student Employment Advisory Committee and meeting with different departments and student groups to gather feedback about potential obstacles and improvements to the student employment process at Rollins.
Having been born and raised in Miami, Florida, Norah spent four years living and studying in Johannesburg, South Africa. After finishing high school, she moved back to the States and received her BA in Economics with a minor in International Affairs from the Rollins College Hamilton Holt School. She continued her education at Rollins where she received a Master of Human Resources. Norah has a passion for higher education and its role in helping students grow personally and professionally.

Barry serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Office of Student Employment. Hailing from Tallahassee, Florida by way of Atlanta, Georgia, Barry has called the Central Florida area home since 2008. A graduate of Valencia College, Barry also spent 8 years in the United States Army Reserves as a Human Resources Specialist. He is currently a student in the Hamilton Holt School at Rollins. His interests are history, law, traveling, and the arts. He is an avid supporter of diversity and has been affiliated with the Human Rights Campaign, Valencia College’s Gay-Straight Alliance, and Caribbean Student Association. Barry has a strong interest in helping students pursue their academic and professional goals, and feels that the OSE Department is the perfect platform to do so.
