However, once I read my results I was shock by how my strengths really describe me. Each strength I have is used every day of my life.

How can you use your strengths to help you achieve your academic goals?

One strength I use to help me achieve my academic goals is focus. Being a student who is involved with a lot of things on campus, I need the ability to concentrate on completing school work. Being focus is important to me because it helps me determine priorities and assist me with making necessary corrections to get back on course. My strength focus is powerful because it forces me to filter; I instinctively evaluate whether or not a particular action will help me move toward my goals in life.

How do you utilize your favored strength in your organization or team?

My favorite strength is Strategic. I really enjoy creating alternative ways to proceed. When it comes to organizations I am a part of, I love to be the person to make a way out of no way. Having strategic as a strength it allows me to find different methods to get things done. For me, being strategic individual means someone who anticipates change and look for opportunities that may rise, or looking through the turn. I feel having strategic as a strength is very important because things change all the time and you have to be able to adapt to those changes.

Which of your strengths do you believe will be most instrumental in helping you fulfill your dreams and desires?

I believe the strength focus will be the most instrumental in helping me fulfill my dreams and desires. . Having the strength focus in my life will assist me with keeping my eye on the prize with no distractions. Being focus reminds me that if something is not helping you move toward your destination, then it is not important. And if it is not important, then it is not worth your time.  I like having this strength because it motivates me to fulfill my dreams and desires and to not let anyone crush my aspirations in life.

Making your strengths meaningful, Do you believe you could answer the question “Tell me about yourself?” during a job interview.

I personally feel with my strengths I would be able to answer the question “Tell me about yourself?” during a job interview. Having my top five strengths provides me with a pool of key terms to use to describe who I am as a person and how I can be a asset to any job.  They allow me to have some structure when it comes to me describing the importance of having me at any job to employers.
