Summer Conferences and External Groups

Thank you for your interest in Rollins College. The Office of Special Programs & Events is responsible for the coordination of all camps and conferences that take place on the Rollins College campus. Dates and Space should be requested early. All inquiries should be directed to Katie Perrine, Assistant Director, at kperrine@rollins.edu.
Rollins College accommodates several camps and conferences during the summer months (June and July). Careful planning and coordination are essential so that each groups stay on campus will be as comfortable as possible. Individuals with a disability who require accommodation to attend a summer camp or conference should notify the group's conference director who will then inform the Assistant Director of Special Programs and Events well in advance of arrival on campus.
Summer Conferences Groups have the opportunity to utilize residential halls and meetings space from the beginning of June through the end of July.
External Groups/Clients have a variety of venues to choose from. Whether you are interested in a classroom setting or an auditorium lecture, Rollins College is an ideal location for your next gathering.
