Sudie brings to Rollins more than 30 years experience in higher education administration. She was Process Redesign Coordinator for the University of Idaho, Director of Communications for Berea College and most recently as Director of Events Marketing and Support for Willamette University. Sudie has a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Idaho and a B.A. in Communications with a double major in Public Relations and Advertising.  In her spare time, Sudie enjoys traveling, skiing, and hiking.


 Responsibilites Include:

  • Oversees Scheduling & Events department
  • Head of the College Facilities & Event Committee
  • Event policy & procedure
  • Alcohol event release forms
  • External rentals


Megan Joyner

Megan has worked for events and conferences at Rollins since 2008. She joined the Scheduling and Event Services team originally as a Summer Conference Coordinator and worked in that capacity for three summers. After graduating from Rollins with an Honors Degree in Psychology in 2010, Megan started working full-time for the department. Today, she continues to work primarily on internal event coordination. Megan loves spending time in Winter Park, particularly exploring Park Avenue with friends on the weekend.


 Responsibilities Include:

  • Large-scale on-campus departmental events
  • Student events
  • EMS administrative functions, installations, and trainings
  • Knowles Memorial Chapel wedding contracts
  • Summer Conferences


Meg Kuecker

Meg has worked in various event planning and hospitality positions since graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Music from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin in 2008. Her previous work experience includes Hilton Disney, Hilton Grand Vacations Club, SeaWorld, Rainforest Cafe, and the Wisconsin State Fair. In her free time Meg enjoys exploring the Orlando theme parks, painting, and meeting new people. Meg is also very proud to be from Wisconsin, go Cheeseheads!

  • General event inquiries

  • Assists with internal events & EMS programming
  • Surveys & website maitenence
