The Rollins College Office of Safety & Emergency Planning is a customer-focused organization which seeks to create and foster a culture of safety. The Office embraces the service standards of being responsive, respectful, collaborative, and competent in furtherance of the College's service philosophy:

The department is ultimately responsible for the stewardship of campus health, safety, and environmental protection programs. To that end, specific responsibilities include among others:
