Welcome to the Rollins Resident Assistant/ House Manager Resource Center. This webpage is designed to support Resident Assistants and House Managers as they develop community in their floor/hall/house, etc. It can be difficult to think of new ways to encourage residents to get to know, understand and trust each other. Please use the resources here as a starting point in your own creation. Remember to refer back to the RA/ HM Staff Manual when developing programs and know that the Residential Life Office is here to help.
