New Student Housing Selection
New students apply for housing after receiving a checklist from Rollins Explorations: First Year Programs. There will be a number of steps to complete before attending Rollins in the fall. One of those steps is your Housing Application.
Housing assignments are not made based on application date but are solely based on the Rollins College Course (RCC) or Living Learning Community (LLC) class a student is assigned.

Returning Student Housing Selection
Students who currently live on campus are able to select their own housing for the following academic year by participating in Housing Selection that occurs each April.
During Phase 1, students submit an application online through MyHousing. The students agree to the Housing Agreement but the contract does not become binding until a room is chosen in Phase 3. Phase 1 opens on April 2, 2013.
Phase 2 covers Roommate Selection where all roommates must be chosen and confirmed before going on to Room Selection. Phase 2 will be open April 8-12, 2013.
During Phase 3, Room Selection, each roommate group (or student if going for a single) will receive an online appointment time to login to MyHousing and pick the building and room of their choice for the following academic year. Phase 3 will take place on April 23 or April 24, depending on your online appointment time.

Students who are enrolled in Maymester courses are eligble to live in Maymester housing. Students who plan to live on campus for Maymester should complete the Maymester 2013 housing application located on Foxlink/MyHousing. This application will be available beginning on March 12, 2013 and will be due on April 22, 2013. The cost of Maymester Housing is $800 for housing and there is an optional $250 meal plan.
