
Rollins’ institutional planning process is intended to encourage broad participation and informed dialogue, while clearly linking planning, budgeting, and assessment. Overarching principles of the process include ongoing involvement of the College’s "constellation of constituencies," an approach focused on short-and mid-term concerns (through 2014-2015) and a commitment to conclude cycle one of the planning process in summer 2012.
