
Rollins MBA offers a unique opportunity for registered Early Advantage MBA students to reside within walking distance of campus and to live among colleagues. The college-owned, graduate student housing complex is located just three blocks north and one block west of campus at the corner of New York Avenue & W. New England Avenue.
The complex offers 26 fully furnished efficiencies, consisting of (18) one-bedroom/ one-bath apartments and (eight) two-bedroom/ one-bath apartments. Each apartment has a standard bedroom each equipped a full-sized bed; one bathroom; living room space; and kitchen equipped with an electric stove and refrigerator. Rollins College offers MBA Housing for currently enrolled in Early Advantage for MBA students. Rollins 3/2 Accelerated Management Program (AMP) students are now eligible to apply to MBA Housing in their first year of enrollment. The number of apartments is limited and apartments are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested students must complete the Graduate Housing Application. Applications will be received by the Rollins MBA Admissions Office and then forwarded the Residential Property Manager. Applicants will then be contacted shortly.
Note: The apartment complex reserves (2) one-bedroom, furnished guest apartments for visiting faculty members and guests of the Rollins community. Reservations for these apartments are very limited. Approvals are granted through the Dean of Faculty’s Office. Interested parties must submit the on-line Interest form.
