Pet Policy
Residents of the Orchid & Mead Garden Townhomes are eligible to have pets and must abide by the following:

| Max. Weight Limit | 35 lbs. (Full Grown Weight) |
| Addl. Deposit Required | $200 / $100 is Non-Refundable |
| Addl. Rent | $20 per Month & per Pet |
| Health Requirements | Proof of Proper Up-to-Date Vaccinations |
No Exotic Pets (such as reptiles, pigs, or large rodents)
No Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, or Dobermans (or mixed breed TBD by a veterinarian)
The resident SHALL NOT have the right to have any pet or live animal of any nature in or about the premises without the expressed WRITTEN consent of Rollins College. Deposits and Pet Addendum must be signed before bringing a pet onto the prperty (excluding assistve living pets). Any deviation from this policy is a lease violation.
Tenants requiring assistive living pets must provide a doctor's statement as proof of disability and need.
