As a best practice, an Emergency Succession Plan can bring order in a time of turmoil, confusion and high-stress. In this workshop, you will learn the essential steps to plan for an unexpected or temporary leadership change and be given the template and tools to complete an actual plan.

We at the Philanthropy Center want to support your transition in ways that will bring you and your organization the most benefits.
