Emergency Succession Planning
Leadership plays an essential role in the success of a nonprofit organization and changes in leadership are inevitable. As a best practice, an Emergency Succession Plan can bring order in a time of turmoil, confusion and high-stress. In this workshop, you will learn the essential steps to plan for an unexpected or temporary leadership change and be given the template and tools to complete an actual plan.
