Educational Talent Search Program (TS) Upward Bound (UB) Rollins College directs two federally funded TRIO programs as part of its mission to serve the educational needs of Central Florida's diverse community. These programs, Talent Search and Upward Bound, work with low-income secondary school students who dare to dream of being the first in their families to earn a college degree. Both programs encourage, support, and prepare students to enter the college or university of their choice.
