Leadership Development

The Office of Student Involvement and Leadership is committed to the leadership development of the Rollins community. The office provides a variety of leadership development and educational opportunities throughout the academic year. We encourage students to get involved in any one of our programs represented on this webpage from Leadership Workshops to our MBTI and StrengthsQuest programs. Leadership Development: Defined by Allen and Roberts (2011) as “a continuous, systemic process designed to expand the capacities and awareness of individuals, groups, and organizations in an effort to meet shared goals and objectives.”  Leadership development consists of a myriad of intentional experiences including but not limited to coaching, workshops, lectures, experiential activities, retreats, institutes, conferences, coursework, and many more initiatives at Rollins College!
