In January, Rollins celebrated and honored the life and legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr., with a week of events dedicated to reflection, activism, and service. This year, the MLK Week's celebrations included a service at the 11th Annual Unity Heritage Festival, the annual vigil for King, a gallery talk titled Felrath Hines & the Question of Color by Andrea Stahlman '13 at the Cornell Fine Arts Museum, a diversity dialogue featuring Rollins professors and West Winter Park Historian Fairolyn Livingston, a screening of the film Red Tails, a spoken word poetry performance, and a Day of Service at Grand Avenue Learning Center.
