Music Major Requirements

An audition before a majority of the tenured music faculty is required to gain acceptance as a major in music.
Fifty-two (52) semester hours are required: twenty-eight (28) in musicianship, twelve (12) in performance, and twelve  (12) in electives.

MUS 152 Theory 2 (Harmony) with Lab 4 s.h.

Four (4) electives in music, three (3) of which must be at the 300 level or above.
