SUMMER 2013 CALENDAR

Monday, April 15th:  REGISTRATION BEGINS
Friday May 10th:  FINAL DAY FOR SUMMER REGISTRATION (No exceptions)
Monday, May 20th:  PRIVATE LESSONS BEGIN (12 weeks)
Monday, May 27th:  MEMORIAL DAY (No lessons)

Thursday, July 4th:  INDEPENDENCE DAY (No lessons)
Saturday, August 10th:  SUMMER PRIVATE LESSONS END

No formal recitals are scheduled during the summer session.

SUMMER REGISTRATION:  APRIL 15th - MAY 10th (no exceptions)

1.  Call 407-646-1507 for the assignment of an instructor.

2.  Contact assigned instructor to schedule weekly lessons.

3.  Fill out and mail or fax the Registration Form with payment in full, only after lesson time is scheduled with the instructor  -  NO LATER THAN MAY 10th

    NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

TUITION PER LESSON

Registration Fee:  $5.00

Please state the number of lessons desired after agreeing on a schedule with the instructor.  Minimum 4 lessons, Maximum 12*

        30 minutes        $24.00/per lesson 

        45 minutes        $35.00/per lesson

        60 minutes        $42.00/per lesson

[10% discount for Rollins Faculty & Staff with ID]

*NOTE:  One make-up lesson is allowed, if justified with 24 hours prior notice.

PAYMENT IN FULL (by Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa/MasterCard)

DUE WITH REGISTRATION FORM BY MAY 21 IN ORDER TO BEGIN LESSONS.
