Nov 5th  - Dec 10th,  2012   SPRING REGISTRATION

Monday, January 7th            Private Instruction Begins

March 4th - 9th                   SPRING BREAK - NO LESSONS

April 15th-   May 10th          SUMMER REGISTRATION

Sunday, March 24th             SPRING RECITALS - 3:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm

Saturday, May 4th               PIANO ACHIEVEMENT DAY - 9:00 am - 1:30 pm

Sunday, May 5th                 PIANO HONORS RECITALS - 3:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm

Saturday, May 11th             Private Instruction Ends

SPRING REGISTRATION:  NOV 7th - DECEMBER 9th (no exceptions)

1.  Call 407-646-1507 for the assignment of an instructor.

2.  Contact assigned instructor to schedule weekly lessons.

3.  Fill out and mail or fax the Registration Form with payment in full, only after lesson time is scheduled with the instructor  -  NO LATER THAN DEC 9th

NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

TUITION & FEES

Registration Fee:  $5

Tuition for 16-week Semester:*

        30 minutes weekly        $380

        45 minutes weekly        $560

        60 minutes weekly        $660 

[10% discount for Rollins Faculty & Staff with ID]

*NOTE:  One make-up lesson is allowed, if justified with 24 hours prior notice.

PAYMENT IN FULL (by Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa/MasterCard)

DUE WITH REGISTRATION FORM BY DEC 9th IN ORDER TO BEGIN LESSONS.
