FALL 2012 CALENDAR
July 9th - August 10th Fall Registration
Monday, August 20 Private Instruction Begins
Monday, September 3 Labor Day - NO LESSONS
Sunday, September 23 PIANO ENSEMBLE RECITALS - 3:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm
November 21st - 24th Thanksgiving Break - NO LESSONS
Nov. 5th - Dec. 7th Spring Registration
Sunday, December 9 FALL RECITALS - 3:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm
Saturday, Dec. 14th Private Instruction Ends
FALL REGISTRATION: JULY 12th - AUGUST 12th (no exceptions)
1. Call 407-646-1507 for the assignment of an instructor.
2. Contact assigned instructor to schedule weekly lessons.
3. Fill out and mail or fax the Registration Form with payment in full, only after lesson time is scheduled with the instructor - NO LATER THAN AUGUST 12th
NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
TUITION & FEES
Registration Fee: $5
Tuition for 16-week Semester:*
30 minutes weekly $380
45 minutes weekly $560
60 minutes weekly $660
[10% discount for Rollins Faculty & Staff with ID]
*NOTE: One make-up lesson is allowed, if justified with 24 hours prior notice.
PAYMENT IN FULL (by Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa/MasterCard)
DUE WITH REGISTRATION FORM BY AUGUST 12th IN ORDER TO BEGIN LESSONS.
