You are Loved Campaign

The You Are Loved Campaign is a national campaign to help prevent lgbt suicide, by spreading the love. Just remember to tell someone that you love them, sometimes a simple "you are loved," is all it takes to save a life.


Rollins Students Learn About the History of Local African American Community

As part of the "Be a Part from the Start" initiative led by the Offices of Multicultural Affairs and Community Engagement, Rollins first-year students journeyed to The Heritage Center of Hannibal Square—located less than a mile from campus—to learn about the history of the African American community in Winter Park.

"Come Out with Pride!" Parade

The Rollins College (LGBTQQIPA) student cultural organizations supported by the Office of Multicultural Affairs called Spectrum, showed their pride at the annual Orlando "Come Out With Pride" Parade.

Spectrum, (formally known as GLBTA Alliance) strives to provide support and advocacy for the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender community at Rollins College and within the surrounding community.


LGBT Advocacy Internship

LGBT Advocacy Summer Internship Rollins College, in partnership with the Johnson Family Foundation, annually provides a fully-funded, summer internship opportunity working with an LGBT advocacy organization in Washington, DC. This video captures the experiences and reflections of the 2010 summer interns.


Dance Marathon

Staff and faculty surprised students at this year's 'Miracle at Rollins' with a dance routine choreographed by Olivia Horne and Ann Marie Varga. Students clapped and shouted with excitement during the 'Singing in the Rain' routine featuring a cameo by Interim Provost Laurie Joyner and Dean of Student Affairs Karen Hater. Show stealers Director of OSIL Brent Turner and Associate Professor Gabriel Barreneche left a lasting impression on the audience.
