Arabic at Rollins

Why study Arabic? Spoken by over 300 million native speakers, Arabic is the 5th most widely spoken native language in the world. Furthermore, the U.S. State Department has named Arabic a "critical language," which opens up opportunities for scholarships and competitive grants for studetns of Arabic.

 

The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures offers both elementary and intermediate-level courses in Arabic language study (ARA 101, ARA 102, ARA 201, ARA 202).
