Early Advantage MBA Schedule & Courses

The Early Advantage MBA is a full-time day program for recent college graduates and career changers who prefer to immerse themselves in a full-time program schedule. Classes are held Monday-Friday, either 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. or 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. in their first year. During the second year, they may take elective classes at night with Professional MBA students.

August students follow a traditional academic calendar with first-year fall and spring classes, a lengthy summer break for internships and optional international exchange programs followed by a second year of fall and spring classes. January students study year-round with classes in the spring and summer, followed by fall and spring with a shorter time frame for their internships. Both August and January classes graduate together in the spring.

Curriculum Overview
Early Advantage MBA students complete four 12-week terms spread out over 16 or 20 months. The credit hours are distributed as follows:
  • Management concepts courses (7.5 credits)
  • Required core courses (27 credits)
  • Elective courses (minimum of 18 credits)
  • Integrating course, including international study component (7.5 credits)
