James P. Gilbert is the Professor of Operations Management at the Rollins MBA, where he has taught the subject and Six Sigma for the past 16 years. His areas of expertise include quick response management, quality management and the development of efficient process management systems for manufacturing and services.
Dr. Gilbert is the only Rollins College faculty member who is a Lilly Teaching Fellow. He has also taught outside of the United States on the subject of contemporary quality management at the Institute d’Administration des Enterprise, University Jean Moulin, in Lyon, France.
