Harry W. Collison is an Instructor of Real Estate Analysis at Rollins College. He is President of the Real Estate Consortium, a Fellow of The Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Counselors of Real Estate holding the CRE designation.

Mr. Collison is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Registered Real Estate Broker and Subject Matter Expert. During the past 35 years he has overseen billions of dollars in asset valuation for a nationwide base of government, private and institutional clients.

Harry Collison has testified extensively as an expert witness in state and federal courts. Testimony has been in matters of eminent domain, casualty losses, bankruptcy and torts where real property values were an issue. In addition to his appraisal and consulting practice, Mr. Collison serves as McKinley’s Managing Director of Real Estate. McKinley is the owner and/or manager of over 33,000 rental units and 8 million square feet of office/commercial space. He has acquired over $250 million of distressed assets for McKinley during the past four years and is continually acquiring new assets for this growing private portfolio.
