Daniel Carricato is an Instructor of Human Resources Management at Rollins College in both the MBA program and the Hamilton Holt School’s Masters of Human Resources curriculum. He has been an active instructor at Rollins since 1994, having taught previously at a variety of colleges and universities since 1973. Dan has been a speaker at several annual Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) conferences as well as a presenter at most of the international timeshare conventions since 1992. He has also served as a moderator and panel member at several major conferences and conventions.
Dr. Carricato is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 35 years of work experience in the field, the last 18 in the timeshare industry. In 2004, he assumed the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Orange Lake Resort and Country Club in Orlando, Florida. Prior to joining the Orange Lake team, Dan served as Vice President of Human Resources for Hilton Grand Vacations Company from its inception in 1992 until 2004. From 1980 to 1992, Dr. Carricato was a Vice President of Human Resources for the Marriott Corporation in Bethesda, MD, and Santa Monica, CA.
