Cari H. Coats is the Executive Director of the Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship at Rollins College, where she is responsible for overseeing all programs and entrepreneurial outreach, as well as assuming leadership roles with key entrepreneur-focused civic organizations.
Ms. Coats is also the president of C2 Advisors, a management consulting firm specializing in strategy, operations, governance, marketing and business development services for corporations, entrepreneurial and family-held enterprises for a wide range of industries.
With over 30 years of experience, Ms. Coats has held senior roles at Orlando-based companies including CNL Financial Group, a real estate investment and securities firm, and Orlando Magic/RDV Sports, most notably serving as executive vice president of the Orlando Magic and vice president of business development for RDV Sports.
Ms. Coats is a member of the board of directors of Orlando, Inc., the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, National Organization for Victim’s Assistance, Water is Life International and Bajalia International Group. She serves as chairman of the board for the Center for Innovative Healthcare, Secretary and board member of the National Justice Project and is a member of the alumni council of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She formerly served on the Enterprise Florida board of directors, the Nemours Children’s Hospital Advisory Council, Florida Conference for Women Host Committee, and the Orlando Museum of Art board of trustees. She has also chaired Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer’s Downtown Strategic Transition Team, and served on the Mayor’s Consolidation of Services Study Commission and the Mayor’s Parramore Advisory Board.
