David M. Currie, Ph.D.

David M. Currie is Professor of Finance and Economics at Rollins College, where he has taught for more than 30 years. His publications and research focus on corporate and public sector finance.

Dr. Currie previously taught finance at Stetson University and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He has also held positions at Walt Disney Productions and the University of Southern California. Dr. Currie was a visiting professor at HEC Paris, a grande école in France, and twice was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Pula in Croatia. Dr. Currie also served as a commissioner for the city of Winter Park, Florida.
