Learn more about Erin Grove '09MBA...
Erin Grove is a Senior Strategic Planner at Lockheed Martin Corporate Engineering & Technology. She supports the National Security Innovation team, and is currently focused on identifying cutting edge technical projects to address the various challenges within the Department of Defense. Erin has a strong background of working experience performing DoD budget analysis, market research and analysis, competitive intelligence, financial management and business development, which encompasses both domestic and international arenas. Erin was nominated by senior management for and completed the Lockheed Martin Institute for Leadership Excellence Foundations for Leadership Program, and is a member of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). Prior to being promoted to her current role, she worked as a business analyst in International Market Development and Capture Management at Lockheed Martin Simulation, Training & Support in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Grove received a B.B.A. from Stetson University in General Business with a minor in Business Law (2004), and an M.B.A. with a dual concentration in International Business and Management from the Crummer School (2009). An avid traveler, Erin journeyed to China, Kenya and Tanzania with her father to study medical practices, and most recently visited Singapore, Malaysia and Japan as part of Crummer’s Doing Business in Emerging Markets course, taught by Professor Kupetz. Erin is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and enjoys sailing, outdoor sports, Magic and Redskins games, cultural activities, social and business networking and listening to Spanish classical guitar.
