The Management & Executive Education Center at Rollins College is pleased to offer a three day workshop on Leadership Agility.

In today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous business environment, where the volume and turbulence of change is faster and more uncertain than ever, the ability to preemptively act and react with agility, is more than ever before, crucial for leaders to be able to adapt and thrive.

Attend this workshop to improve your Leadership Agility through experiential exercises and case studies focused on relevant topics challenging organizations today.

Attendance is limited to 25 participants.

Objectives

At the end of the workshop, participants will be better able to:

• Anticipate Change: Interpret the potential impact and implications of business turbulence and trends

• Generate Confidence: Create a culture of confidence and engagement

• Initiate Action: Demonstrate a sense of urgency to make things happen proactively and reactively

• Liberate Thinking: Build an environment that encourages and empowers others to be innovative and creative

• Evaluate Results: Manage knowledge to learn and improve from actions

Outcomes

At the end of the workshop, participants should expect the following outcomes:

• Identify strategies and techniques to build and enhance strategic agility and resilience

• Understand that the goal of agility is to be FOCUSED, FAST and FLEXIBLE and how that is accomplished by applying The AGILE Model

• Discover your Leadership Agility strengths and developmental needs and convert that information into an individual development plan

• Describe the business imperative for agility and why it’s crucial for today’s leaders

• Explain how traditional organizations differ from agile organizations and what the ROA (Return on Agility) is of investing in strategic agility (e.g., time from identifying a market opportunity to the introduction of a new product to the marketplace; time to recognize the need and replace a supplier as a key component of the supply chain; etc.)

• Apply a number of tools provided during the workshop to help you become more agile

• Be recognized by other leaders as taking a more proactive role in identifying Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA) challenges and implementing change to address the VUCA impacting the business and your role

• Establish compelling communication strategies to lead change in your organization

• Build effective teamwork through common challenges and initiatives
