Leadership Mastermind Alliance

We know that leaders in any organization face unique challenges and pressures. You're often expected to have all the answers and always make the right decision, but as a leader you might not necessarily have an unbiased sounding board with which to connect and confidentially seek advice.

The Leadership Mastermind Alliance offered by the Management and Executive Education Center of the Rollins Crummer Graduate School of Business is a year long peer group that allows members to put their knowledge, ideas, and experience together in order to grow both personally and professionally. It's a trusted and confidential setting of your peers from diverse industries and backgrounds who meet on a monthly basis to share ideas, solve problems and reach effective soulutions that can be implemented into your business immediately.

During the monthly meetings we will cover the following items.

✓ Your Leadership Focus - You will create a very clear and compelling focus that will include your theme for the year.

✓ Leadership Challenges - Members are encouraged to bring specific leadership challenges that they are facing.

✓ Leadership Sage Sessions - During the year, each member will deliver a 20-30 minute mini session on a leadership topic of interest.

✓ Leadership Action Reading - Because leaders are readers, you will be involved in reading a selected book during a 2-month period.

✓ Leadership BIG BOLD GOAL Accountability - During the meetings, you will share your results and evidence to date.
