The library offers options for patrons who wish to read, download, or request electronic books. If you have any questions or need additional information, feel free to ask a librarian.
We license over 9,000 titles from Ebrary. Materials from Ebrary can be accessed via an app for Apple’s iDevices (as of Spring 2012, Ebrary is working on an Android version). Patrons without access to the app can creat an image PDF of a specific e-book chapter or page range by following these instructions. These PDFs have the same page limits as for printing, are accessible on most computers and devices, typically don't require additional software, and do not expire.
Olin licenses almost 8,000 titles published by Springer that are available online. Springer presents its fulltext as PDFs (usually at the chapter level) and enables authorized users to download them to devices.EBSCO
The library provides access to over 19,000 titles via EBSCO. They present the fulltext in PDF format, but have limits on downloading and printing: 30 pages total from any title, single pages by default.
