Hobbes Account

Rollins College uses an Oracle database to manage information. Banner is the application that allows administrators to edit, view and report from this database. Although most users will only need to access the database through Banner, some users will require access to the host for mail merges from Banner Letter Generation, for downloading Job Submission files or for running certain procedures outside of Banner. A Hobbes account provides users with Telnet access to the Hobbes server, which houses the college's database. 

Restting Hobbes Password

In the event that a user forgets his/her password, an electronic Request for Services form requesting that the password be reset must be submitted. The user will be contacted via e-mail with his/her password. Password reset requests are typically processed within 3 college working days. Submit RFS Form
