Rollins College Residential Halls

Corrin Hall

Corrin Hall is a 30-bed residence hall with 4 singles and thirteen doubles. There is one bathroom facility located on each floor with the laundry facilities located in the basement of the building.

Cross Hall

Cross Hall is a 22-bed residence hall with twelve singles and two doubles. There is one bathroom facility located on each floor of the building with the laundry facilities located in the basement of the building.

Elizabeth Hall

Elizabeth Hall, recently renovated in 2009, is a 145-bed residence hall with four singles, 63 doubles and five triple rooms. There are male and female common bathrooms and laundry facilities located on each floor.

Fox Hall

Fox Hall is a single room residence hall that can accommodate up to 24 guests in individual rooms. There is one communal bathroom facility located on each floor of the building, with additional single bathrooms in three guest suites.

Holt Hall

Holt Hall, recently renovated in 2011, is an 80-bed residence hall with 41 singles, 16 doubles, and one triple room. There are male and female common bathrooms located on each floor.

Hooker Hall

Hooker Hall, recently renovated in 2011, is a 32-bed residence hall with 18 singles, eight doubles, and one triple room. There is one communal bathroom facility located on each floor of the building.

Lyman-Gale Hall

Lyman-Gale Hall is a 46-bed residence hall with 30 singles and six doubles. There is one bathroom facility located on each floor of the building with the laundry facility located on the third floor.

Mayflower Hall

Mayflower Hall is a 22-bed facility with 16 singles and three doubles. There is one bathroom facility located on each floor of the building.

McKean Hall

McKean Hall, partially renovated in 2011, is a 226-bed residence hall with 19 singles, 89 doubles, and seven triple rooms. There are male and female common bathrooms located on each floor with all laundry facilities housed on the first floor.

Pinehurst Cottage

Pinehurst Cottage is a single room residence hall that can accommodate up to 20 guests in individual rooms. There is one bathroom facility located on the second floor along with the laundry facilities.

Pugsley Hall

Pugsley Hall is a 21 bed residence with 9 singles and one double room. There is one bathroom facility located on each floor of the building

Rex Beach Hall

Rex Beach Hall is a 50-bed residence hall with four singles and 23 double rooms. Each floor has one large bathroom with all laundry facilities housed on the first floor.

Rollins Hall

Rollins Hall is a 23 bed residence with 15 singles and four double rooms. There is one bathroom facility located on each floor of the building with the laundry facility located on the second floor. 

Strong Hall

Strong Hall, closely located to Cross Hall, is a 31-bed residence with 8 singles, 10 doubles and one triple room. There are two bathroom facilities located on the first floor and one bathroom facility located on the second floor.

 Sutton Place South Apartments

Sutton Place South Apartments is an apartment-style housing option for groups. The majority of Sutton Place South apartments are either one bedroom/one bathroom apartments which can accommodate up to two guests or a two bedroom/two bathroom option that can accommodate up to four guests. All apartments come furnished with bedsroom, living room, and dining room furniture, along with well equipped kitchens including refrigerators, stoves, ovens and dishwashers.

Ward Hall

Ward Hall, renovated in 2007, is a 206-bed residence hall with eight singles, 90 doubles and four triple rooms. There are male and female common bathrooms located on each floor.
