Child Development Center
Caitlin Mason is an early childhood teacher at the Child Development Center. With a background in Family and Child Sciences from FSU, Caitlin creates engaging activities for the children as well as facilitating the undergraduate students' understanding of child behaviors and development throughout the school day. Caitlin is also the Summer program director at the CDC and runs the Down syndrome preschool summer camp.

Child Development Center
Diane Doyle is the early childhood specialist at the Child Development Center Laboratory Preschool. With an advanced degree in early childhood education, she has worked with young children for the past 25 years, as a teacher, director, and undergraduate instructor. Diane also teaches at Seminole State College in the early childhood education department. Her interests are in children with special needs and in the social and emotional development of young children.

Evelyn DeMello is the Rollins psychology department's part-time animal care technician. DeMello has diverse research and regulatory experience from lab technologist/supervisor at Mt. Sinai Medical Center's Surgical Cancer Research Laboratory to virology project manager at Goodwin Biotechnology, Inc., to quality assurance administrator at Kos Pharmaceuticals. DeMello volunteers to rescue, rehabilitate, and release indigenous wildlife in Florida. In addition to her work at Rollins, she is also a professional artist.

Vicki Long joined the Rollins College psychology department in 2002. In addition to her work as administrative assistant, she enjoys taking classes at Rollins. Long has been an educational office professional at various colleges and universities for approximately 25 years, most of this time in her home state of North Carolina. Long loves being around people and promotes a student-friendly atmosphere in the department. She serves on various committees on campus, has played a leadership role in raising funds for suicide awareness, and is an active advocate for her neighborhood and the surrounding community. These effors were recognized with the 2008 Thaddeus Seymour Staff Award for Community Engagement.

Kevin Miraglia is a Rollins College graduate and has been a staff member of the department since 2003. Miraglia supervises the animal lab facilities and is the department's teaching associate. Miraglia's research interests include instructional design and educational technology and he has presented at numerous professional conferences. He also serves on the Rollins College Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee.
