Director of International ProgramsGiselda Beaudin earned her BA in Comparative Literature with French and Mandarin from Brown University and her Masters in English and Creative Writing from Binghamton University. She has studied abroad in China and Quebec; has lived abroad in France and Italy; and has traveled in Australia, Europe, Central America, South America, the Middle East and Asia. She was Assistant Director of International Programs at Binghamton University before becoming the Director of International Programs at Rollins College and she has extensive experience working with college and high school students as an advisor, tutor, and instructor. She is a member of the NAFSA Trainer Corps and the NAFSA Consular Liaison Sub-committee, and has trained and presented at the state, regional and national levels. gbeaudin@rollins.edu |

Assistant Director of International ProgramsMike Rainaldi was born in Columbus, OH and earned his BA in Intercultural Communication from Baldwin-Wallace University. While at Baldwin-Wallace, he began to cultivate an enduring passion for international education through study abroad experiences in Austria, Honduras, and Japan. Mike then moved to Washington, D.C. to work with an international consulting firm, traveling frequently across Southeast Asia. He also lived in England for three years, working with EF Education First, traveling extensively around Europe, and falling in love with soccer. Recently, Mike earned his MA in Global and International Education from Ohio State University and also served there as a Study Abroad Coordinator. mrainaldi@rollins.edu |

Study Abroad CoordinatorDawn Wharram was born in Perry, Ohio (east of Cleveland, on Lake Erie) and earned her BA in Spanish from Bowling Green State University. She went on to earn two Masters degrees, a Master of the Arts in Spanish from Bowling Green State University, and a Masters of the Arts in College Student Personnel from the University of Central Florida. She has lived in Spain, lived and worked in England, has traveled extensively throughout Europe, and has visited Shanghai. She has previously worked as a Spanish instructor at Bowling Green State University and Xavier University (Ohio), an international sales coordinator for Wendy’s in Latin America, and a bilingual case worker. dwharram@rollins.edu |

Senior Program AssistantMarieta Chemishanova was born and raised in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. She earned a BA in English from Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership: College Student Development from Oklahoma State University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership: Higher Education at University of Central Florida. She has lived, studied, and travelled abroad individually and as a staff leader of student groups. She has extensive experience in international education, working with international students and scholars, advising student organizations, providing leadership and cross-cultural training, and developing assessment strategies. mchemishanova@rollins.edu |
