Rollins doesn’t have a golf course, but don’t tell our golfers that. Over the past 70 years, they’ve given Rollins a reputation as one of the most dominant golf powerhouses in the country. Maybe it’s because they get to play in a climate that permits for year-round competition. Or because they practice in a state that boasts more golf courses than any other in the country. Whatever the reason, our women’s golf team have won a staggering 12 national championship titles.
"The end of the year is filled with mixed feelings. I want to get through my classes as quickly as possible and get to France where I will be spending the fall semester, but I don’t want to leave Rollins this quickly. This level of personalized attention is hard to find elsewhere. The professors’ hospitality and such close relationship to the students is the number one reason why Rollins is so great. At the end of the day it is the quality of Rollins professors that make this such a fine institution. Their passion and care for their students is what makes it all the worthwhile calling Rollins my second home."
