 Rollins is a small, private, primarily undergraduate residential liberal arts institution that prides itself on applied student-centered learning and personal caring relationships. For the fifth consecutive year, Rollins College ranked number one among 117 Southern master's-level universities in the annual rankings of "America's Best Colleges," released by U.S. News & World Report.

  • The College of Arts & Sciences at Rollins is comprised of 1,785 undergraduate students
  • Rollins has student-to-faculty ratio of 10:1
  • A&S offers a broad range of 29 majors, 39 minors, and pre-professional programs in health and law housed in the three divisions of natural and social sciences, expressive arts and humanities
  • Rollins also offers 3/2 programs in accelerated management, pre-engineering , and environmental management. Rollins also has pre-professional programs in pre-dentistry,  pre-law, pre-medicine, and pre-veterinary medicine
  • A&S has 173 full-time faculty and more than 94 percent hold a Ph.D. or the highest degree in their field

Our mission is to provide a rigorous liberal arts baccalaureate education of the highest quality, encouraging in our faculty pedagogical innovation and continued professional growth, and fostering in our students both the intellectual curiosity that underlies a desire for lifelong education and the practice of making principled, ethical decisions for functioning as responsible citizens and workers in a global society.
