Dr. Don Rogers

Don Rogers is a Professor of International Business in the International Business Department. He is also the Director of the Masters in Human Resources (MHR) program at Rollins. He teaches Global Business Strategy, International Management, and Controversial Issues in International Business in his undergraduate classes. Dr. Rogers received his Ph.D. in Organizational and Communication Systems from the Ohio University. He also has a Masters in Business Administration from the Ohio University; as well as a B.B.A in Business Economics from the University of Arizona. He is particularly interested in the challenges and issues that face Human Resources today.

 

International Experience

Dr. Rogers has conducted Executive Development programs in the United States, Australia, Canada, China, England, Ireland, Mexico, and Uganda.  He has directed consulting assignments in the United States, Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, England, Ireland, and Mexico.
