Rollins College is a comprehensive liberal arts institution. The mission is educating students for global citizenship and responsible leadership. The Department of International Business (INB) offers a comprehensive, liberal arts based, interdisciplinary approach to the study of international business. We are one of the leading International Business programs in the nation.

Our program is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Only about 10 percent of business programs worldwide and about 28 percent in the U.S. presently have AACSB accreditation.

Our Program

The department offers a major in International Business (INB), a minor in Business, a minor in Sustainable Development (in cooperation with Environmental Studies), and preparation for the 3-2 MBA program (in cooperation with the Crummer Graduate School of Business).

Requirements for the International Business major are 18 courses (10 core business courses, 4 foreign language courses, 2 business related electives and 2 area studies electives). Proficiency in English and at least one modern foreign language (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Russian, Japanese) is required. At least one International Business Internship, and at least one International Experience in terms of international field trip or study abroad program. Our program is taught by highly qualified and international faculty who have lived, worked and taught around the world.
