At Rollins, we believe that work/life balance is an essential element of career satisfaction. That’s why we have policies and programs that are both employee- and family-friendly. In fact, Rollins has been consistently recognized by the Orlando Sentinel as one of the Top 25 family-friendly workplaces in the Orlando/Central Florida area.

Our flexible scheduling policy includes a variety of scheduling options, such as compressed work week, variable flextime, seasonal work, and work-at-home options. Although we try to accommodate individual needs, scheduling is subject to feasibility and departmental approval. Other work/life balance features include tuition remission and grant benefits, employee wellness initiatives, an annual staff awards and holiday celebrations, discounts to local companies and attractions, child care leaves and resources, paid time off, and employee assistance programs.
