Prism is an employee resource group serving Rollins College staff and faculty who identify as part of the LGBTIQQA community (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Questioning, and Ally).
Our mission is to promote awareness of the LGBTIQQA community and to support a safe and inclusive environment for that community on campus, specifically focusing on the staff and faculty population at Rollins College.
