Important: You MUST have processed an open enrollment election if:
Failure to complete enrollment resulted in losing vision coverage (if previously enrolled in the Base Vision plan), and you will not have a healthcare or dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), effective 4/1/17.

We will have a special Provider Information Session where you can stop by and meet with a plan representative to get one-on-one assistance with your benefit questions to help you decide which plan(s) are best for you. Representatives include: Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical, OptumRx, Humana Dental, EyeMed Vision, and Resources for Living EAP.
