Details

Transamerica provides employees who work 1,000 hours per year or more and eligible dependents the opportunity to elect long term care insurance. Long term care insurance includes coverage for a variety of support services when you are unable to take care of yourself, either temporarily or permanently.

Why Long-Term Care Insurance?
Long-Term Care Insurance is designed to help protect your retirement portfolio, ease the burden of caregiving by your loved ones and allow you to choose the setting in which you receive care. Health insurance, disability insurance and Medicare do not cover most expenses incurred from receiving long-term care services. For most of us, this means exhausting the money in our 403(b), IRA and other savings before becoming eligible for government assistance to help pay for our care.

Unique offer exclusive to Rollins College
The Long-Term Care Insurance program is offered to eligible full-time employees, their spouse/partner and family members. All coverage is 100% portable.
