Tuition Grant for Dependents

  • Eligible after one (1) year of employment
  • Assistance provided for tuition to college aged dependent children who are enrolled as students in an undergraduate, degree-seeking program at other accredited institutions of higher learning
  • Pays up to $2,000 per fiscal year towards tuition (4 year Maximum) divided equally among semesters ($1,000 per semester)
  • Both parents are eligible if each is a full-time Faculty/Staff member with one full year of service
  • Eligible dependent children are those who are a natural child, stepchild or a child legally adopted or for whom you have been granted court-appointed custody before that child attained age 16 and who is primarily dependent on the
  • Faculty/Staff member for financial support as defined by the internal revenue code
  • Must complete the appropriate application provided online or in the Human Resource department
