2014 Staff Performance Reviews


In accordance with our annual staff Performance Planning and Appraisal Program, all regular staff (hired before March 1, 2014) must receive a formal year-end appraisal of their work performance.   Departments should therefore begin preparing for and conducting the year-end appraisal process for the 2013-14 fiscal year.   All performance reviews should be completed no later than June 30, 2014.

All performance reviews should be completed online using our new Reviewsnap system which was rolled out last year.  The Reviewsnap system can be accessed through the R-Net campus logins portal using your FoxID and password.

For those of you who have not previously used the Reviewsnap system or need a refresher, a series of quick reference, step-by-step instructions covering all active system functions are available via the Human Resources website

Please log into the system to verify that you have access and that your employee information is correct (i.e. name, email address, manager, title, department, etc.).  If you are a manager responsible for conducting performance evaluations, please also verify that you can access the records for the employees who report to you. 

Although most users will find the above-referenced quick reference training tools sufficient for learning how to use the system, we have also scheduled some training sessions for those users who would be more comfortable watching a demo and having the opportunity to ask questions.  We ask that you sign up for a time slot by clicking on the reservation links below.  These sessions will cover the process for completing a self-review, performance reviews and electronic routing and approvals.
